Yep, thats the new 720nm gear ;)

This one was actually shot with the 8mm, distance between me and the tree ~1m.
The focus works perfectly with both the 8mm and the 16-85. I already tried a few tricky AF situations with the 16-85, i was amazed by the solid performance, the focus was set perfectly :)

I will send you a set of NEFs later on from the 16-85 :)

Yeah, the 16-85 is a decent performer in IR - and even better in visible light. The 10-24 nikkor is just as good in visible light, but noticably softer in IR than the 16-85 in IR.
